Full-timeProduct Management, Strategy/Planning

Are you a product leader who thrives in high-stakes environments?

Do you want to own a platform where rugged IoT hardware meets real-time data pipelines and AI-driven intelligence?

Do you get energized turning messy field problems into elegant, scalable products?

A fast-growing industrial-tech company is building the next generation of IoT + AI systems used on major infrastructure projects across North America and beyond. You’ll own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across hardware, firmware, cloud, analytics, and user-facing software - working directly with engineers, executives, and real-world operators.

This is a rare, high-autonomy role where your decisions have immediate, measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive the end-to-end product roadmap across hardware, cloud, and analytics.

• Lead and mentor PMs while establishing strong processes, prioritization, and delivery discipline.

• Work closely with field stakeholders to translate real-world challenges into clear product decisions.

• Bridge engineering, data, and business teams to ensure feasibility, value, and long-term scalability.

• Shape positioning, pricing, and go-to-market alongside Sales and Marketing.

• Infuse AI into product strategy - automation, insights, predictive intelligence.

What You Bring

• 6+ years in product management, including leadership.

• Experience with IoT, hardware/software ecosystems, industrial tech, or complex systems.

• Strong technical intuition - comfortable discussing architecture, data flows, and integrations.

• Track record of driving meaningful customer outcomes (revenue, retention, risk reduction).

• Excellent communication, high EQ, and ability to align diverse stakeholders.

• Bonus: background in AI/ML or predictive analytics.

Why This Role Stands Out

• Build products used in high-impact, real-world environments.

• Full ownership across hardware + software + analytics.

• Massive room for influence - small, elite, low-ego team.

• High autonomy, high trust, zero bureaucracy.

• Competitive comp + meaningful equity + flexible work.
