Qualifications
Job Description
Strong Foundation in Software Development and Operations:
■ Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Ruby)
■ Experience with scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell) for automation
■ Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
■ Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration technologies
■ Expertise in version control systems (e.g., Git)
■ Experience with database administration and management
○ Cloud Infrastructure:
■ Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform, including services like EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, etc.
■ Understanding of cloud networking, security, and cost management
■ Experience with security best practices and tools.
○ CI/CD Pipeline Management:
■ Experience with setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
■ Familiarity with automated testing and deployment strategies
○ Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
■ Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
■ Ability to troubleshoot issues across the entire infrastructure and application stack
■ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between development, operations, and other teams
■ Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and agile environment
○ Problem-Solving:
■ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
○ Continuous Learning:
■ A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
■ Eagerness to learn new tools and methodologies

- Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred but not always required.
- Experience: The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience in a DevOps or similar role, with experience in AWS cloud environments.
