We’re looking for a Cybersecurity Executive to support our team in Singapore. Key Responsibilities

System Monitoring & Reliability Management

• Monitor and refine system alerts to enhance detection accuracy.
• Implement monitoring dashboards and preventive maintenance to optimise performance.

Incident Response & Resolution

• Lead rapid response for security incidents and outages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve issues.

Security Operations & Compliance

• Partner with SOC teams on threat investigations.
• Support audits, maintain security controls, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement

• Conduct forensic analysis of incidents.
• Identify systemic issues and recommend preventive measures.

Configuration & Data Management

• Maintain CMDB systems and asset inventories.
• Support ITSM platforms for governance and compliance.

Knowledge Management & Documentation

• Develop incident response procedures and knowledge base articles.
• Train team members and standardise best practices.

Analytics & Reporting

• Create dashboards, generate reports, and present findings.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and support proactive management.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in system administration, cybersecurity, or IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux administration, network security, SIEM tools, and CMDB/ITIL processes.
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Experience with cloud and virtualisation platforms.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• Certifications (ITIL, ServiceNow, CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules (CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, GRC).
• Familiarity with AI/ML in IT operations, automation tools, and regulated industries.
• Project management experience.
