Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience, with a strong foundation in building robust, high-quality applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in Go/Golang, including hands-on experience developing scalable, high-performance services.
• Strong Java development experience, with the ability to work across both Go and Java codebases.
• Experience with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka), including event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented development principles and best practices.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable, distributed systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
