Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and devices.
• Configure and troubleshoot Mac computers, Apple devices, and other computer hardware.
• Implement and oversee configuration management processes to ensure optimal system operation.
• Utilize MDM technologies and tools such as Jamf Pro to streamline device management.
• Administer user access and security protocols using Okta and other authentication systems.
• Collaborate with teams to set up and maintain audio-visual equipment for meetings and presentations.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues related to Rippling software and other enterprise applications.
• Monitor network performance and ensure timely upgrades to maintain system efficiency.
• Develop and document procedures for network administration and device management.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend improvements and solutions.
• At least 3 years of experience in network administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in managing Mac computers and Apple devices.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware setup and troubleshooting.
• Experience with configuration management tools and practices.
• Familiarity with MDM systems such as Jamf Pro and Rippling software.
• Understanding of authentication platforms like Okta.
• Ability to manage audio-visual equipment effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on network performance and security.
