Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience in IT sales
- Experience working with enterprise clients
- Experience in sales of Web and Mobile Development
- Expertise in building sales strategies from scratch
- Proven experience in handling tenders and RFP processes
- Strong communication skills
- Good presentation, analytical, and research skills
- The result-oriented person with a high level of self-organization
- Self-motivated to generate and exploit new opportunities
- Ability to plan your work and work independently
- English level — Upper-intermediate at least
Will be a plus:
- Experience in selling complex enterprise solutions like SAP, Salesforce, Workday, etc.
- Knowledge of Polish, German, Czech, Romanian, and Hungarian languages
Responsibilities:
- Cultivating relationships with potential clients to build rapport and schedule meetings
- Collaborating with leads generated through lead generation, inbound marketing efforts, and warm networking
- Identifying and expanding into new markets while enhancing overall sales performance
- Participating in conferences, meetings, and industry events to stay informed about market trends
- Crafting proposals tailored to the specific needs of clients
- Collect and analyze initial requirements from customers to facilitate the sales process
- Managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to respond to client inquiries effectively
- Utilizing the CRM system to streamline and organize customer interactions and data
- Compiling and presenting monthly reports to track and assess sales performance
