How we work:

Our engineering team is comprised of a number of tribes that operate independently, making sure we benefit from flat hierarchies and scalability. Each tribe is a self-sufficient unit with full ownership of its area. Developers have a lot of freedom: they get to pick missions to work on, and when they’re done with a mission they’re back at the launchpad keeping the show on the road and recovering before the next mission.

At Insights, we leverage our expertise to empower our customers with the tools they need to monitor and enhance their progress within Pipedrive. Our team is responsible for critical features such as insights, goals, and forecasting, all designed to streamline and optimize sales processes. We provide our customers with advanced reporting capabilities, offering them a clear view of their sales performance and actionable insights on when and where to improve for maximum efficiency. You’ll be joining one of our most versatile tribes, and as our business continues to grow, you’ll have the opportunity to take on new roles and interesting challenges.

The technologies we use:

Frontend: javascript, TypeScript, React.js.

Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, and Fastify. Some PHP.

Storage and messaging: MySQL, Kafka, Redis, and some CouchDB.

Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.

Your new adventure:

Develop and optimize reporting tools to empower users to effortlessly generate insightful reports. Whether users need a comprehensive overview of their current sales performance or an analysis to identify potential areas for improvement in their sales processes, these tools will enhance decision-making and drive strategic growth.
Develop solutions to handle real-time triggers and data changes, ensuring businesses can move quickly and efficiently.
Collaborate closely with product designers to develop intuitive reporting features that provide users with a clear and comprehensive view of their sales processes. These features will empower users to easily identify strengths and pinpoint areas for improvement, driving better performance and informed decision-making.
Ensure that our Insights feature is fast, reliable, and scales effectively as we grow, enhancing the user experience for all customers.

Does this sound like you?

2+ years of experience with software development
Experience with Javascript, Typescript, Node.js, React.js
Experience with some of the following technologies: PHP, MySQL, CouchDB, Redis, Apache Kafka
Excellent spoken and written English
Passionate about learning and an avid problem solver
Good understanding of security threats
Past contributions to the open-source community are a plus
Experience with multi-regional cloud-based services is a plus
