Your Role
- Manage and oversee Network Operations across global environments
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues across Layer 1, 2, and 3 networks
- Handle proactive and reactive tickets, ensuring resolution within SLA and SLT timelines
- Perform network monitoring and escalate issues internally with datacenter technicians to resolve outages promptly
- Escalate and coordinate with hardware and carrier vendors, ensuring RCA and timely resolution of outages
- Execute break‑fix changes on faulty hardware units (Cisco, Juniper, HPE)
- Provide operational support and guidance for routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, and MPLS
Your Profile
- Strong technical competence in routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for interaction with global stakeholders
- Proven experience in Network Operations Management
- Hands‑on expertise with Cisco Nexus (3k, 9k) and Juniper MX routers / SRX 5400 firewalls
- Skilled in network monitoring and troubleshooting across multiple layers
- Good understanding of SNMP for fault and performance management
- Ability to escalate and coordinate effectively with datacenter technicians and vendors
- Experience in performing break‑fix changes on Cisco, Juniper, and HPE hardware
