Software Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design and build scalable, reliable systems that power core business operations. You will take ownership of critical backend platforms, driving technical improvements while delivering features that create real value for the users.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust backend services using modern .NET technologies (.NET 6–8)
• Modernize and optimize existing systems to improve performance, maintainability and scalability
• Deliver new features and capabilities across business-critical applications
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership through mentoring, code review and architectural guidance
• Maintain high standards through clean code, comprehensive testing and clear documentation

Your Profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with C# and .NET (preferably .NET 6–8)
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, optimization and performance tuning
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns and system scalability
• Demonstrated ability to drive technical improvements and contribute to engineering excellence
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
