About the Role

We are urgently seeking an experienced SD-WAN Engineer for a long-term contract engagement. This role requires deep hands-on skills across SD-WAN technologies (Versa, Fortinet, etc.) and the ability to work in complex global enterprise environments, particularly across LATAM & US regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, operate, and support leading SD-WAN solutions (Versa, Fortinet, etc.).
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot SD-WAN in enterprise environments.
• Integrate SD-WAN with existing WAN, LAN, and security infrastructures.
• Perform Day 0 / Day 1 / Day 2 activities and develop corresponding runbooks.
• Provide L3/L4 support, deep-dive troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Work on migrations, upgrades, greenfield deployments, and network enhancements.
• Create and maintain configuration standards, network diagrams, and documentation.
• Support multi-region deployments, primarily across LATAM and the US.
• Ensure alignment with security policies and global network standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in enterprise networking with strong SD-WAN focus.
• Hands-on expertise with Versa and Fortinet SD-WAN; exposure to Cisco Viptela, Silver Peak, or others is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), MPLS, VPNs, firewalls, and IPsec.
• Experience with WAN optimization, QoS, and traffic engineering.
• Familiarity with cloud connectivity (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid network architectures.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across layers L2–L4.
• Strong communication skills for working with global client teams.

Preferred Certifications: Versa/Fortinet/Cisco SD-WAN certs, CCNP/CCIE, NSE, or equivalent.
