About The Role
Our Data Science team solves complex problems with smart, practical solutions. Data Scientists and Analysts work directly with product and cross-functional teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut. They do this by delivering smart, scalable solutions that move the business forward.
We’re looking for a Data Analytics to dig into our complex databases and look for the root cause of a problem. You'll design solutions by writing your own code to implement them.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building and adapting data models and ETL processes for regulatory reporting
- Helping Product and Ops gain insights on user bahvior
- Translating complex requirements into clear, efficient data solutions
- Maintaining and improving reporting infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high data quality
- Working with Regulatory Reporting Managers and business teams to align on logic and data needs
- Monitoring and improving data reliability, applying impeccable attention to detail
- Setting up local regulatory reporting processes
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, creating impactful data-driven solutions
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Solid SQL skills and an understanding of complex data systems
- Experience with data architecture, ETL design, and pipelines
- The ability to adjust data to strict regulatory specifications efficiently
- Great collaboration skills to work with reporting managers and cross-functional teams
- To be detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to deliver under tight timeframes
- An advanced degree in a core STEM subject
- Experience performing cohorts and regressions
- Proficiency in additional programming languages (Java, Scala, C++, etc.)
- Olympiad-level awards in physics, maths, economics, or programming
