Engineering Manager – Web3 ( Hybrid)

We are partnering with one of Europe’s leading investment platforms (6M+ users) to help them hire an Engineering Manager to lead the development of their next-generation, non-custodial DeFi Wallet.

This is a rare opportunity to shape a flagship Web3 product at scale — empowering millions to access decentralised finance securely and seamlessly.

The Role

You’ll lead an 8-person cross-functional engineering team (web, mobile, backend, blockchain) and own the technical roadmap for a wallet built for security, usability, and cross-chain interoperability.

What You’ll Own

• Grow and mentor a high-performing engineering team
• Deliver the wallet’s technical vision: account abstraction, secure key management, dApp integrations & more
• Oversee architecture and operations with a strong focus on security and UX
• Partner closely with Product, Design & Security
• Stay at the forefront of DeFi, EIP-4337, ERC standards, and emerging blockchain tech

Who We’re Looking For

• Engineering leader with experience scaling web or mobile applications
• Strong interest in Web3 (blockchain hands-on experience is a plus)
• Background in fullstack and/or mobile engineering
• Excellent communicator who aligns technical direction with business goals
• Passionate about decentralisation and improving crypto UX
• Delivery-focused, pragmatic, and user-centric
