TRG Data are partnered with a leading data consultancy who continuously keep an eye on the market for skilled consultants who are interested in delivering an entire data project to their customer, not just working on a small section.

They were founded by highly experienced consultants (each with 20+ years of experience) who felt as though the larger consultancies they worked with, didn't deliver what the customer actually needed; a tailored and thorough data delivery.

Their consultants work with the customer to thoroughly understand their need, consulting on what would be the best route and then build and deliver that with a team of highly-skilled consultants. They will then continue to work with these companies to ensure the platforms are being used to their highest potential and often these projects can take up to two years.

Their technology stack includes Azure BI and Data stack inc. Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, etc., Snowflake (a key area for them right now), Power BI and some AI/ML.

What we need from you

• At least 3 years of BI or data engineering experience: building data pipelines, modelling, cleansing, transformation, data warehousing, etc.
• Proficiency in a cloud platform: Azure, GCP or AWS
• Skilled in working with databases, both on prem and cloud: Snowflake, SQL, Postgres, etc.
• A desire to learn more and keep on up-skilling – current consultants are building their experience in advanced analytics (AI/ML) and project leadership
• Strong communication demonstrated through managing and engaging stakeholders and eliciting requirements effectively
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team – you will be working alongside your skilled colleagues while also taking the initiative
• Experience with visualisation and tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, etc.
• Fluency in Finnish is required
