Our client is looking for a Business Analyst who supports discovery and design activities with business and technical stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions address customer and employee needs, align with strategic objectives, and strengthen operational efficiency and control.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and review front processes by shadowing operational teams and applying lean methodologies to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Identify, assess, and prioritise use cases where technology-driven solutions (automation, workflow tools, analytics, etc.) can enhance client and employee experience.
• Secure alignment and buy-in from management and frontline stakeholders on proposed improvements and solution direction.
• Define clear project plans and delivery steps to address process frictions from discovery to execution.
• Coordinate collaboration across multiple teams to ensure smooth, agile-aligned implementation of initiatives.
• Configure and optimise workflow processes to support streamlined case handling and operational efficiency.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst is required
• Investment domain experience is mandatory
• Private Banking experience is a plus
• Language skills: 2 of the 3 languages (Eng,FR,NL)
• Skilled in project and process work
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• Solid understanding of investment banking processes
• Ability to develop and adapt business processes
• Comfortable working with Agile methodologies
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
