Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Tallinn. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee product development, prioritise features, and align product strategies with business goals. Day-to-day tasks include defining product roadmaps, gathering and analysing user requirements, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions. Additionally, the Product Manager will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for product enhancements and market expansion.


Qualifications

  • Product management experience, including defining product roadmaps and managing feature development.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, market analysis, and user research to inform product strategy and development.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with developers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of field service management, preventive maintenance, or relevant industries is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CMMS, CRM, or ERP tools is beneficial.
