Are you passionate about digital customer experience, data and analytics?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Monitor and analyze Swedbank Digital Channels data;
  • Perform user acceptance testing and other quality assurance tasks for Swedbank Internet Bank;
  • Support experienced team members in project related tasks;
  • Research factors affecting customer experience and behavior;
  • Attend traineeship from 6 months to 1 year, full-time.


What is needed in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or currently pursuing one;
  • Understanding basic concepts of statistics;
  • Good analytical and logical thinking with creative attitude;
  • Ability to analyse marketing data to make conclusions on them;
  • Knowledge about MS Office, Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics;
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work independently;
  • Proficiency in English and Estonian.
