Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain back-end services and APIs using Python and Node.js
- Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack

Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django, or similar frameworks)
- Hands-on experience with Node.js for back-end or API development
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills in English (Finnish is a plus)
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway)
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Background in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
