Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications and services leveraging AWS cloud infrastructure
- Design and implement serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
- Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security requirements
- Monitor and optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments
- Stay up to date with AWS best practices and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience in cloud development with AWS
- Strong proficiency in AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.)
- Solid programming skills in Python, Node.js, or Java
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills in English (Finnish is a plus)
- EU work authorization or existing right to work in Finland
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments
- Background in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
