Role: UX/UI Designer
We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer with a strong sense of user-centered design, a clean visual style, and excellent attention to detail. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to design intuitive, elegant, and scalable interfaces for our web and mobile products.
Responsibilities
- Translate product requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Create scalable and consistent UI components following our design system and contribute to its evolution.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct user research, analyze usability feedback, and iterate accordingly.
- Maintain clear, well-structured Figma files and documentation to ensure team clarity and efficiency.
- Work with cross-functional teams across different time zones in an international environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma (design, prototyping, component libraries, file structure).
- Solid understanding of design systems, layout principles, and responsive design.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating well-structured files, thoughtful UX processes, and clean UI design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design decisions clearly.
- Ability to work hybrid, with 3 days/week in our Dublin office.
Nice to Have
- Experience in HR tech, SaaS platforms, or AI-driven products.
- Familiarity with Webflow, Framer, or other no-code tools.
- Motion design or micro-interaction skills.
