Job Title: Digital ICT Change Manager

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Contract Type: Payroll or Day Rate Contract (24-month Rolling Contracts)

Overview:

PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin based Client who seek an Experienced in Digital ICT Change Manager . Role is a new project, which will link in with global teams.



Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure the overall digital vision is aligned and embedded throughout the digital transformation journey.

· Manage feature development and implementation for portals, platforms, and websites across multiple agile teams in line with business priorities and release goals.

· Lead the implementation and optimisation of personalisation across the digital ecosystem.

· Bring insights, market trends, and transformative thinking to influence strategic decisions on digital platforms and channels.

· Contribute to the development and implementation of digital channel, content, and data strategies.

· Ensure the website content management system meets B2B needs, delivers excellent UX, and that all content is accurate and optimised for SEO and user requirements.

· Work with the Digital Performance team to optimise UX/UI using product and user insights, including leading multivariate and A/B testing and rolling out successful results.

· Take a lead role in identifying, analysing, and reporting on data, learnings, and ROI from digital activity.


Must-Have Skills & Experience:

· Minimum 7 years' experience in similar service delivery, with proven results building strong online marketplace presence

· Proven experience in digital transformation, ICT change management, or a similar role in a complex organisation.

· Strong background working with agile delivery teams, digital platforms, and websites, ideally in B2B environments.

· Hands-on experience with website content management systems, SEO, analytics, and data-driven UX/UI optimisation.

· Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and present ROI and performance metrics to stakeholders.

· Experience with personalisation, experimentation (A/B and multivariate testing), and continuous optimisation of digital journeys.

· Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills across business, ICT, and external partners.

· Strong change management mindset with a focus on improving internal processes and ways of working.

Certifications (Desirable)

  • Level 8 Degree
  • Certification in Change Management.
  • Agile Methodology
  • Project Management qualified
