Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather user feedback, market insights, and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities.
- Define and prioritize product features, requirements, and roadmap items.
- Create clear product specifications and collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Align product decisions with company strategy by working closely with stakeholders.
- Manage the full product lifecycle — from idea to launch and ongoing improvements.
- Own the product roadmap and translate it into actionable tasks like user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product performance after launch and use data to guide future improvements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management — with a strong understanding of backend and frontend development, and a solid grasp of user experience principles.
- Strong analytical capabilities — able to interpret data and translate insights into product decisions. Familiarity with Looker or similar data visualization tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable working with cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset — capable of identifying new product opportunities and driving innovation.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Proactive and self-driven — able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Background in travel technology or corporate travel is highly desirable.
- Excellent English, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively across our international teams.
