As a Product Manager for our internal travel systems, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of our platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and stakeholders to identify new features, define product requirements, and prioritize initiatives. You’ll use your analytical and strategic thinking skills to ensure that our product remains competitive, user-friendly, and aligned with our business objectives.

You will help define the future strategy and features, identify weaknesses and improve current processes.

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather user feedback, market insights, and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities.
  • Define and prioritize product features, requirements, and roadmap items.
  • Create clear product specifications and collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Align product decisions with company strategy by working closely with stakeholders.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle — from idea to launch and ongoing improvements.
  • Own the product roadmap and translate it into actionable tasks like user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor product performance after launch and use data to guide future improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management — with a strong understanding of backend and frontend development, and a solid grasp of user experience principles.
  • Strong analytical capabilities — able to interpret data and translate insights into product decisions. Familiarity with Looker or similar data visualization tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable working with cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset — capable of identifying new product opportunities and driving innovation.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  • Proactive and self-driven — able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Background in travel technology or corporate travel is highly desirable.
  • Excellent English, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively across our international teams.
