At MHC Aviation, we connect world-class aviation professionals with the teams that keep the industry moving. We’re inviting a Recruitment Specialist to help us scale our talent pipeline and deliver standout hiring experiences for aviation clients and candidates worldwide.


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating client interviews and contract placements.

• Conduct mass recruitment campaigns efficiently, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for multiple Clients.

• Perform active headhunting and direct sourcing through online platforms, social media, databases, and professional networks.

• Use tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage qualified candidates.

• Schedule and conduct online and phone interviews with candidates.

• Communicate and coordinate between clients and candidates to ensure smooth placement and project execution.

• Prepare and maintain documentation, contracts, and correspondence in the company database.


Requirements:

• We are looking for experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, within a mass recruitment or aviation setting.

or somebody who has worked in aviation field with crews for more than 3 years.

Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter is a strong advantage.

• Excellent command of English (additional languages are an advantage).

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Open-minded, proactive, and able to perform in a fast-paced international environment.

• Previous experience recruiting aviation professionals (pilots, engineers, technicians, cabin crew, etc.) is an advantage.

• This is a full-time, onsite role based at our Riga office.
