What you will do:
Lead and collaborate with the team in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions, ensuring alignment with engineering best practices.
Guide team through architectural designs, implementation, and optimization of frontend and backend systems, promoting secure and maintainable software.
Work closely with client stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements, ensuring efficient collaboration and integration with the backend team.
Foster a test-first culture by supporting the development and execution of unit, integration, and automated tests for end-to-end coverage.
Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to engineering standards, and oversee monitoring and observability integration for operational excellence.
Experience we are searching for:
8+ years of experience in modern JavaScript web and backend development, paired with strong proficiency in frameworks and libraries like ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS, Node.js, or related technologies.
At least 3+ years of team-leading experience with proven ability to mentor and manage developers effectively.
Extensive experience designing and building responsive user interfaces, SPAs, and engaging websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong background working in small agile development teams, including participation in planning sessions and interpreting user stories to deliver high-quality solutions.
Hands-on expertise in architecting, developing, and testing software solutions, with a commitment to best practices in secure, maintainable, and well-documented codebases.
Due to project requirements, candidates must currently hold EU work permit and be available to start within 1 to 3 months of receiving an offer.
