  • What you will do:


  • Lead and collaborate with the team in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions, ensuring alignment with engineering best practices.
  • Guide team through architectural designs, implementation, and optimization of frontend and backend systems, promoting secure and maintainable software.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements, ensuring efficient collaboration and integration with the backend team.
  • Foster a test-first culture by supporting the development and execution of unit, integration, and automated tests for end-to-end coverage.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to engineering standards, and oversee monitoring and observability integration for operational excellence.


  • Experience we are searching for:


  • 8+ years of experience in modern JavaScript web and backend development, paired with strong proficiency in frameworks and libraries like ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS, Node.js, or related technologies.
  • At least 3+ years of team-leading experience with proven ability to mentor and manage developers effectively.
  • Extensive experience designing and building responsive user interfaces, SPAs, and engaging websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong background working in small agile development teams, including participation in planning sessions and interpreting user stories to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise in architecting, developing, and testing software solutions, with a commitment to best practices in secure, maintainable, and well-documented codebases.
  • Due to project requirements, candidates must currently hold EU work permit and be available to start within 1 to 3 months of receiving an offer.
