CYBER SECURITY MANAGER (Group level position)
Job Overview
Cyber Security Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's information security program to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. RETAL GROUP manages cybersecurity threats based on the CIS CONTROLS framework. Some of our EU factories must also comply with the requirements of the NIS2 directive. Main responsibilities are shared between cyber security operations and project management for the implementation of new cybersecurity tools & services.
This position is subordinate to Group Core infrastructure Team manager.
KEY responsibilities:
Cyber Security Operations
- Coordinate and manage all cybersecurity related policies, services, tools use and third-party providers relevant to RETAL’s operations.
- Lead cybersecurity incident response activities and drive vulnerability management processes.
- Organize employee security awareness trainings, simulated exercises, penetration tests.
Security Solutions & Services Implementation
- Coordinate the identification and evaluation of security technologies and services to meet business needs.
- Manage deployment initiatives & projects of security tools and solutions.
- Monitor emerging threats and security trends. Share security news with business & IT stakeholders.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance of EU factories with the NIS2 directive, acting as official Cyber Security Manager (CISO) for specific EU factories according NIS2 requirements.
- Maintain alignment with relevant data protection regulations.
- Manage internal & external cyber security assessments.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in cyber security or IT services/product or IT project management fields and have a strong desire to focus on cybersecurity in the future.
- Communication fluent in English. Speaking russian would be an advantage (part of the Group IT team is located in Ukraine).
- Knowledge of security frameworks, network security and cloud security.
- Strong communication, leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
- Project management and problem-solving capabilities.
WORKPLACE: Hybrid - Narbuto g. 5, Vilnius / home office
Monthly salary is discussed during work interview. The final level of the salary will depend on competences displayed and results achieved. The salary may be further negotiable for candidates of outstanding competence and qualification.
Monthly salary range is 4500-4959 euro, gross.
