What you will be doing:

• Maintaining good relations with partners and ensuring product sale through partner stores and smooth cooperation processes.
• Project management of product development (Consumer loan, Car leasing, Hire purchase).
• Searching for, attracting and negotiating with new partner retail shops, car dealers.
• Preparing and presenting business cases to commities.
• Providing training to partner employees.
• Organizing new sales campaigns, projects,
• Initiating and driving internal system and processes improvements, automatization.

What we expect from you

• At least two years experience of working with Car financing and/or Hire Purchase and/or Consumer loan products is required.
• Higher education in economics, business administration or other relevant field.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Analytical thinking.
• Excellent Lithuanian and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Driver's license.
