We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Support Specialist (L2) to join our team in Luxembourg. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality end-user support and working with modern workplace technologies, this opportunity is for you.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and support workstations and related peripherals (printers, fax machines, scanners, etc.).
- Install and maintain mobile devices (iPhones and iPads).
- Provide support for application access management.
- Deliver Level 2 support and contribute to incident and problem resolution.
- Assist in maintaining the existing technical environment and support performance and capacity monitoring processes.
- Keep operational documentation up to date.
- Manage IT equipment inventory and stock.
- Strong knowledge of Windows workstation environments (Windows 10 and above).
- Experience with management tools such as SCCM, Azure AD, and Active Directory.
- Good understanding of Microsoft & Omnissa solutions.
- Good knowledge of iOS devices and related management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong client-service orientation.
- Ability to provide support in English (additional languages are a plus).
