🧠What You’ll Do


For one of our client in the Banking Industry, we are seeking an IT Project Manager with a consulting background to support the execution and monitoring of the bank’s IT initiatives.

The role’s objective is to ensure proper governance of the full project lifecycle, guaranteeing quality, coordination, and alignment with business needs.


  • End-to-end management of ICT initiatives and projects within the bank’s perimeter.
  • Coordination between internal teams (Demand, Development, Security), external vendors and suppliers, and business stakeholders.
  • Collection, analysis, and formalization of business and functional requirements.
  • Project planning, progress monitoring, risk and issue management.
  • Preparation and management of governance activities: Steering Committees, reporting, KPIs, and PMO documentation.
  • Support in defining, reviewing, and optimizing ICT & Demand processes.
  • Continuous alignment between business, IT, and vendors to ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Oversight of testing phases (SIT, UAT) and support during go-live and production release.


🛠️ Technical Skills


  • Minimum experience: 2+ years in consulting (preferably in IT, Banking, or Financial Services).
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in Waterfall methodology.
  • Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented attitude, able to anticipate issues.
  • High degree of autonomy within a structured and regulated environment.
  • Ability to interact effectively with technical and business stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, demand management, and PMO activities.
  • Strong documentation abilities: BRDs, functional specifications, project plans, reporting.


📍 Where: Luxembourg, on-site presence required
