Back-End DevOps Engineer| Contract| Dutch speaking
We are looking for an experienced Back-End Engineer to join an exciting team and work on IPDE.
IPDE is a high-performance system running on Kubernetes, processing large volumes of data and built with a mix of legacy and modern technologies and so a real experienced specialist is needed!
Your core responsibilities in this role:
- Maintain and improve back-end components
- Further develop a modular, message-driven architecture
- Optimize performance, logging, and monitoring
- Support deployments and incident resolution
- Work in a multi-language environment (C++, Java, Scala, Kotlin, Python, Shell)
The idea candidate for this role:
- 5+ years of experience as a back-end engineer
- Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD (GitLab preferred)
- Knowledge of message brokers and cloud environments (Azure is a plus)
- Strong communication skills in Dutch
