Project Manager | Construction Project, Germany

SEPAM is building a project team for a client in Germany. This is a multi-million-euro Greenfield investment project. This project will be providing Construction Services - General Site Services.

We are seeking a highly skilled Project/Construction Manager to oversee a greenfield construction project in Germany. We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive individual to manage project timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure successful execution of daily operations on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with quality standards and client specifications.
• Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and in line with project deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to coordinate project efforts and resource allocation.
• Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, including clients, to provide project updates and address any issues that arise.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site.
• Resolve any conflicting priorities and challenges that may arise during project execution.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Participate in project meetings and presentations to communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record of managing projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; capability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software and tools; familiarity with scheduling and budgeting tools.
• Candidates must be free to work in the EU with no Visa restrictions.
