Your Mission Will Be

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and AI opportunities;
  • Design and develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) using machine learning and deep learning;
  • Evaluate PoCs for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency, iterating based on stakeholder feedback;
  • Translate successful PoCs into MVPs, working with engineers and data scientists to scale solutions;
  • Optimize AI models to meet performance and business objectives, ensuring thorough testing and reliability.

You Will Need

  • +5 years of experience as an AI Engineer;
  • Solid understanding of LLMs, machine learning and deep learning techniques, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, LangChain);
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java, and experience with relevant libraries and tools for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization;
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus);
  • CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
  • Experience with big data processing and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
