About The Role
- Your main responsibilities will be around talent acquisition;
- You will be involved in the recruitment process;
- You will coordinate the onboarding of new employees;
- You will manage general HR records and address team queries;
- Ultimately, you will help implement the People team’s initiatives and processes to provide an outstanding people experience to our team and candidates!
- Degree in Psychology or Business Administration;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Fluent in English (Fluent in Portuguese is a huge plus)
- You work well in a team and value collaboration;
- You’re reliable, self-motivated, and focused on delivering high-quality work;
- You have a positive and solution-oriented mindset
- You’re self-motivated and have strong organisational skills;
- You’re comfortable working in a remote-first organisation;
