We’re looking for a Senior Atlassian Engineer to help us design, implement, and improve collaboration environments for leading regional companies.

📍We’re hiring for our Ljubljana (SI) and Zagreb (HR) offices!

💡 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼

• Configure and optimize Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket & more)

• Support clients in adopting agile and ITIL best practices

• Build automations and custom workflows to improve efficiency

• Integrate Atlassian tools with other enterprise systems

• Analyze requirements and create scalable solutions

• Write clear documentation and support end-users

🧑‍💻 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿

• 3+ years of experience with Atlassian tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills for client and team collaboration

• Understanding of business processes and the bigger picture

• Bonus: scripting/programming (JavaScript, Java, Groovy)

• Bonus: knowledge of ITIL and agile methodologies
