We are looking for our Local Fashion Learning Partner to join our Zurich Flagship team (long term contract).
About The Role
Mainly based in our Flagship boutique in Zurich, you will oversee the local learning activities for the city (FLAGSHIP & Bongénie Shoe Boutique) as well as our winter destination seasonal boutiques. You will be responsible for developing the expertise of our Fashion Advisors, strengthening their skills and knowledge to fulfill, and exceed, client expectations.
As a Local Fashion Learning Partner, you will plan and deliver face-to-face and digital training, reinforcing the CHANEL difference in boutiques and communicating the brand’s vision. You will adapt training programs to boutique requirements, reflecting local clients’ needs, lifestyles, and desires, always building on the House’s vision.

In collaboration with the Regional Learning Manager and Boutique Manager, you will contribute to people development by delivering training programs that nurture employee commitment and passion for the Brand.
You will enhance client engagement by providing learning content and tools tailored with local insights, ensuring clients’ needs and desires are at the center of the client experience.
You will contribute to brand performance by sharing the dream, heritage, and vitality of CHANEL through impactful learning experiences.
In close collaboration with the Regional Fashion Learning Team:
- Coordinate and implement learning programs and materials within the boutiques.
- Prepare and facilitate training sessions dedicated to collections (Message Mode) and onboarding, ensuring alignment on key messages.
- Adapt Global and Regional learning strategies to boutique needs, blending brand guidelines with proactive, team-driven solutions based on your observations and field analysis.
- Gather and communicate feedback from the boutiques to the Regional Fashion Learning team.
- Define and implement a learning plan for the team in collaboration with Sales Managers.
- Organize and maintain a learning calendar, considering each boutique’s schedule, specific needs, and new developments.
- Contribute to action plans for continuous improvement of the client experience in boutique.
- Ensure development of strategic topics.
- Regularly report on activity, both quantitatively and qualitatively, to Boutique Management and Regional Learning Team, developing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of implemented actions.
- Deliver learning sessions in the boutiques.
- Promote the use of digital tools for learning purposes.
- Engage other boutique expertise (Style Experts, Care&Repair, Hospitality, VM, Heart of House…) to enrich and co-facilitate learning sessions and morning briefings.
- Oversee and support the integration of new team members.
- Consolidate and assess skills acquired during training to ensure effectiveness.
- Provide on-the-floor support and organize individual coaching sessions.

- At least 5 years of experience in the retail environment, preferably in learning and development

- Decisive and performance-oriented Fluent in German and English
- Skilled with digital tools (Office Suite, LMS)
