Role Description

Berick is building the future of tokenized luxury real estate — making world-class properties accessible, liquid, and global through blockchain-based fractional ownership.

We’re now entering our scale phase, and we’re looking for a Head of Capital Markets to build and lead our global fundraising engine.

Drive capital inflow across Europe, MENA, and LatAm.

Build a live pipeline of €30M+.

Raise funds from HNWIs, family offices, private banks, and Web3/RWA investors.

Lead investor journeys, roadshows, and strategic partnerships.

🔥 Asset-linked investor demand (€500K–€10M+)

🔥 Commercial engine (CRM, funnels, investor comms)

🔥 Capital markets strategy, reporting & leadership

✔ 5+ years in capital markets, private banking, PE, or fintech

✔ Proven ability to raise €10M+

✔ Strong network of investors & institutions

✔ Deal closing experience & global mindset

✔ Ability to build systems, not chase one-offs
