Job Description & Summary
At PwC Ireland, our Clients and Markets team ensures our expertise is top-of-mind for Irish business leaders, showcasing why businesses should choose PwC first. We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer and Brand Guardian to maintain and enhance our brand’s visual consistency and impact across all platforms. You will play a key role in shaping the visual aspects of our marketing campaigns, creating compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand identity.

As a vital member of our marketing team, you will collaborate closely with our campaign and sponsorship teams to produce exceptional, timely work that elevates our brand. To excel in this role, you must be an innovative thinker with creative flair, attention to detail, and the energy to take initiative. Exceptional prioritisation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Purpose-led work you’ll be part of

As a Senior Associate , you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials.
  • Design marketing collateral integrating multimedia elements such as video and motion graphics providing a dynamic and modern approach.
  • Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all creative materials adhere to established brand guidelines.
  • Develop and present design concepts to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple design projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.

Experiences and skills 
  • Minimum 5+ years as a Graphic Designer with technical experience in print and digital design preferably in a professional service environment
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects etc.).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity with B2B examples
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Excellent understanding of branding principles and visual design.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Strong time-management and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques is a plus.
  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communications.
  • Animation/Interactive/Video/Photography media capability a plus.
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team work skills
  • Ability to work within a highly collaborative team and autonomously 
  • Ability to work under pressure while delivering high quality work
