Role Overview
The Project Manager (PM) will lead the ACV+SCV strategic initiative, ensuring successful delivery of MVPs in Romania and Gulf and driving the roadmap for regional scaling. This role requires strong program management skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to align reinvestment teams, business units, and technology functions. The PM will be accountable for planning, execution, reporting, and adoption of solutions that enhance lead conversion, premium uptake, and customer experience through unified data and agent enablement.
Key Responsibilities
1.Governance & Reporting
- Coordinate with Reinvestment Team to track funding streams and resource allocation for ACV+SCV.
- Prepare Steering Committee reports with KPIs, MVP progress, and financial updates.
- Maintain compliance with governance frameworks and data policies.
2.Business Engagement
- Act as liaison between ACV and SCV business leads and delivery teams.
- Drive alignment on objectives: agent enablement, customer data integration, and digital servicing adoption.
- Lead change management activities for MVP rollout and scaling.
3.Technology Alignment
- Ensure technology roadmap supports ACV workflows and SCV integration.
- Facilitate collaboration between Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics, and platform teams.
- Oversee integration with SCV pipelines, APIs, and reporting layers.
4.Project Execution
- Own master plan for MVPs and regional roadmap.
- Apply agile/hybrid methodologies for iterative delivery.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across streams.
5.Communication
- Deliver executive dashboards and status updates for senior leadership.
- Highlight progress on KPIs: lead conversion uplift, premium uptake, and PFOI improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
- 7+ years in project/program management, preferably in data-driven or digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge:
- Data platforms, analytics, customer data integration, and federated learning concepts.
- Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Financial and resource planning expertise.
- Familiarity with agile delivery and change management.
- Tools: MS Project, Power BI, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms.
- Languages: English (mandatory), additional EMEA languages a plus.
