【Responsibilities】
1.Responsible for high quality implementation of regional projects. Responsible for effective project planning and control, project dispute settlement and profit realization.
2.Responsible for the budget and Charter preparation of regional projects, and lead the settlement of contract disputes;
3.Develop and integrate Market resources, manage sub-contractors, establish and consolidate cooperative relationship and provide support for project construction.
4.Maintain customer relationship, understand customer needs and continuously improve customer satisfaction, and improve team service awareness;
5.Establish project risk management matrix to control project risks, and take systematical and effective measures to avoid project implementation risks;
6.Regional personnel planning and capacity improvement: According to the business strategy and target planning, formulate human resource planning, lead the improvement of regional personnel capacity, spread the company's core values and vision, and create a good organizational atmosphere;

8.Compliance management: through in-depth understanding of regional policies, laws and systems, combined with the requirements of the company and the country where it is located, formulate and implement compliance systems and standards, effectively manage the comprehensive business, personnel and suppliers in the region under its jurisdiction, and strengthen legalization and standardization.
【Qualifications】
1.Bachelor and above, Electronic major is plus
2.More than 5 years of working experience in wind energy construction or similar industry
3. Familiar with electricity, thermal energy, hydraulic power, and wind turbines.
4. Deep understanding of construction management processes, means and methods
5. Maintain high standards of ethical conduct, honesty, and integrity
