To our retail client we are now looking for a Roll-out Lead:
Duration: 6 months + chance of extensions
Location: Stockholm Onsite
Pay Rate: Negotiable
Job Description:
- As a Roll-Out Lead for the new Evolved Digital Operations way of working within the Customer Online Operation at the Group, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating the implementation across multiple teams, the project and other stakeholders.
- You will work along-side the Area Manager and your primary responsibility is to ensure that timelines, task lists, and risk registers are up to date, create and help keep supporting material needed up to date, facilitate coordination meetings and strive for that all involved parties are aligned and supported throughout the roll-out process.
- While the delivery teams focus on ‘the how’ and implementation, you focus outward on surrounding deliveries, promoting the way of working where needed, acting as a facilitator and enabler preparing deliveries for starting the Service Introduction process and generally helping the involved teams to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and communicate overall roll-out timelines in collaboration with relevant stakeholders (Internal SI, project, Engineering Managers inside and outside of the area and other stakeholders).
- Keep task lists and risk registers updated and visible to all involved parties.
- Facilitate alignment meetings and ensure clear communication of progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Assist in defining and keeping KPIs relevant and updated
- Support teams in resolving blockers by connecting them with the right resources and stakeholders.
- Prepare and organize status updates and risk reviews for leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor roll-out progress and escalate issues when timelines or deliverables are at risk.
- Organize and facilitate retrospectives to capture learnings and improvements for future roll-outs.
- Drive continuous improvement in roll-out practices and tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

- Skilled at building relationships and encouraging collaboration across teams.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- Proactive and solution-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
Leadership / Experience Level:
- Senior Level
- Experience in project coordination, change management, or roll-out activities is a plus.
