We are looking for a Senior Product Designer / Senior UX-UI Designer to join our Design team.

Who You Are

• University graduate in related fields (Design, UX/UI, HCI, Communication Design, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, preferably in scalable digital products
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end design processes across mobile, m-web, and web platforms
• Strong expertise in usability testing, behavioral data analysis, and translating insights into design decisions
• Advanced skills in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, IA structures, and complex UX scenarios
• Experienced in transforming ambiguous or complex requirements into clear and intuitive product experiences
• Confident in driving product discovery with PM, PO, and Data teams; comfortable influencing strategy
• Deep understanding of design systems; capable of architecting components, tokens, interactions, and guidelines
• Strong documentation skills with attention to edge cases, accessibility standards, and responsive rules
• Adept at maintaining design consistency across large-scale product ecosystems
• Skilled in UX writing and crafting microcopy that supports usability and aligns with product tone
• Experienced in structuring scalable UI Kits, Figma libraries, DSM architecture, and system governance
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills when working with Engineering and QA teams
• Able to evaluate UX outcomes through A/B tests, UAT, metrics, and user feedback
• Knowledgeable in interaction design, motion principles, and creating purposeful micro-interactions
• A strategic thinker who effectively balances user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable mentoring junior designers

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences across mobile, m-web, and web platforms
• Convert research findings, data insights, and usability outcomes into actionable design decisions
• Identify problem areas proactively and create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UX scenarios
• Simplify complex journeys into intuitive, user-friendly, and scalable product experiences
• Partner with PM, PO, and Data teams to shape product discovery and influence roadmap decisions
• Play a key role in the evolution and governance of the n11 Design System; create and refine components
• Document components, variants, edge cases, accessibility rules, and responsive behaviors
• Ensure visual and UX consistency across all products; identify gaps and define improvement strategies
• Craft high-quality UX writing and microcopy, including error states, empty states, and guidance text
• Organize, optimize, and scale the UI Kit and Figma DSM structures for team-wide efficiency
• Work closely with Frontend, Backend, and QA teams to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation
• Build systematic, well-structured, component-driven Figma files suitable for large-scale products
• Evaluate and iterate on designs using A/B tests, UAT feedback, data insights, and user behavior
• Create micro-interactions and motion patterns that enhance usability and elevate overall user experience
• Provide strategic UX recommendations aligned with user needs, product goals, and business impact
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers, sharing best practices and guiding design craft within the team
