About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our team and drive continuous improvement across our logistics operations. This role is responsible for monitoring key KPIs, identifying operational issues, analyzing root causes, and ensuring implementation of corrective actions. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in e-commerce or logistics operations, or a similar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor departmental operational KPIs, prepare timely performance reports, identify gaps, and drive improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve upstream and downstream operational issues by analysing root causes and implementing corrective measures.
- Propose and support system optimization enhancements based on business needs to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Support loss prevention activities and assist in regional SOX and compliance audits.
- Collect, track, and resolve process issues related to forward logistics, reverse logistics, pick-up operations, damaged goods, and packaging quality.
- Define responsibility ownership for abnormal cases in forward and reverse operations and ensure timely communication with relevant regional teams.
- Collaborate with dispatch and collection teams to resolve cases where orders cannot be released or processed, while maintaining proper documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in operations quality, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in KPI monitoring and root-cause analysis.
- Proficiency in English is required; Chinese-speaking candidates will be given priority.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
