- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Track receivables such as tuition fees, grants, and sponsorships.
- Ensure timely payments while maintaining adherence to financial policies.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets for various departments.
- Monitor expenditures and highlight variances from approved budgets.
- Assist departments with financial data and budget-related queries.
- Ensure transactions comply with university policies and UAE financial regulations.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing required reports and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial data.
- Support payroll processing when required.
- Participate in process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
- Perform additional finance tasks assigned by management.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.
