What this role is all about

As the Strategy & Programs Lead, you’ll act as the connective tissue across the company - aligning teams, driving major initiatives and helping steer the organisation through its next phase of scale.

This is a hybrid of strategy, program leadership, operations and partnerships, suited to someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys collaborating with smart people and loves turning big ideas into real, operational outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the development and execution of company-wide strategic plans
• Run high-impact cross-functional programs, committees, and OKRs
• Partner deeply with Product, Engineering, Science, operations and Leadership teams
• Build and manage strategic external partnerships and alliances
• Drive organisational alignment across multiple teams and initiatives
• Lead problem-solving efforts at company level (you’ll be the “go-to” clarity creator)
• Create and implement tools, processes, and governance frameworks that improve how the organisation operates
• Work directly with senior leadership to deliver insights, recommendations, and strategic updates
• Ensure programs run smoothly, efficiently, on time - and drive measurable outcomes

What we’re looking for

Must-haves

• 8+ years in program management, management consulting, strategy or operations
• Experience working in/around technology, deep tech, AI or engineering-driven companies
• Proven ability to build & execute strategic plans
• Strong cross-functional leadership - you’ve led complex, multi-team initiatives before
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience negotiating and managing partnerships or strategic alliances
• Able to influence at senior and executive levels
• Highly organised, structured, and comfortable bringing clarity to ambiguity
• Degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Bonus points for

• Experience in climate tech, robotics, AI or mission-driven tech environments
• OKR frameworks, governance systems or org design knowledge
• Background in both consulting and in-house execution roles
