TECHNE has been appointed as the exclusive technical talent partner for London’s most exciting early-stage mobility companies. We’re currently searching for a Graduate or Junior level Full-Stack Developer to join their engineering team at a key moment in their growth.

The Opportunity

This role offers a rare chance to join a fast-growing organisation early, learn directly from experienced founders and engineers, and contribute to technology that will shape the future of urban transport.

As a graduate or junior developer, you will:

• Work closely with senior engineers and the founding team (very experienced automotive leaders!)
• Build real features from day one, with full support and guidance
• Learn how to design and scale systems for real-world use
• Gain exposure across the full stack, from frontend to cloud and IoT
• Work in an environment that prioritises mentorship, collaboration, and growth

The team keeps processes lean, communication open, and gives graduates the space to learn, try things, and grow quickly.

What You’ll Be Working On

You’ll support the development of the company’s next-generation fleet management and IoT platform, contributing to:

• Tools that help logistics operators track vehicles in real time
• Dashboards that turn complex data into clear, useful insights
• Backend services that process IoT and geolocation data
• Systems that manage vehicles, sensors, and telemetry data
• Real-world engineering challenges tied to sustainability and mobility

This is hands-on, meaningful engineering work with real impact - not just bug fixing or maintenance.

Tech Stack You’ll Learn

Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js

Backend: JavaScript / Python (FastAPI or similar), PostgreSQL

Cloud: AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, Timestream DB, IoT Core)

DevOps: Docker, CI/CD pipelines

Data: IoT, time-series data, geolocation, vehicle telemetry

Integrations: CAN bus, cellular modules, hardware collaboration

You don’t need experience in all of these - just enthusiasm, solid fundamentals, and a willingness to learn.

What We’re Looking For in a Graduate / Junior level Candidate:

• A passion for building technology and solving real-world problems
• Some exposure to full-stack development (projects, internships, coursework, etc.)
• Curiosity about IoT, data, or mobility - or excitement to learn
• A good understanding of React, Python, JavaScript, or similar
• "Builders" mindset - always pushing the boundaries of whatever project you have worked on!
• Eagerness to learn, explore, and contribute to a fast-moving team
• Commitment to clean, thoughtful code
