About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel Milan is currently looking for candidates interested in a 6-month internship opportunity within the People & Culture Department.

What You Will Do

As a People & Culture Intern you will:

Support the People & Culture team in internal communication, social activities, recruiting, onboarding and training.

You will assist in the office supplies and collaterals, processing orders and any administrative work on the People and Culture platform Workday. You will assist in developing flyers and share internal communication, keeping TV screens and bulletin boards updated, in organising employee related events and initiatives, in organizing insite trainings and orientations, help in processing new hire paperwork. You will represent together with the Team the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in the hotel.

Schedule & Hours

This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Milan and available from January 2025. All candidates must possess legal right to work in Italy at the time of application and have fluency in English and Italian.
