About The Role

We are seeking a confirmed junior UX/UI Designer who is passionate about creating thoughtful, elegant user experiences and visually stunning interfaces. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping how users interact with our digital products, from initial ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and seamless design handoffs to development teams. You will join our dynamic Product & Design team, contributing to the evolution of design systems, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Developers, and other Designers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to own parts of the product experience, grow your skills as a product thinker, and work on meaningful projects that impact real users.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with digital products or SaaS platforms
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and user-centered UI work
  • Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, and Prototyping
  • Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence
  • Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Ability to work with both wireframes and high-fidelity visuals
  • Curiosity, humility, and a proactive approach to learning and iteration
  • Excellent communication skills in explaining design decisions and accepting feedback
  • Proficiency in both French and English languages

Responsibilities

  • Participate in user research activities including interviews and usability testing to identify pain points and user needs
  • Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
  • Collaborate daily with Product Owners, Developers, and fellow Designers to ensure design consistency and quality
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring visual coherence across products
  • Iterate designs rapidly based on user feedback and internal reviews to enhance usability
  • Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices
  • Support the handoff process to development teams by providing well-annotated files and detailed specifications
  • Participate actively in design reviews, fostering a culture of constructive feedback and continuous improvement
