Pardgroup is multinational field marketing and retail services agency, with offices in Italy, Spain, USA, UAE, UK and HK. We are looking for a candidate to join our New York office.


We are looking for a talented Industrial Designer/Project Manager with great technical skills combined with interpersonal and organizational abilities. A constant positive attitude is an essential quality together with the capacity to work well in team, deliver project in time and goal oriented.


Responsibilities -

  • Liaising with existing and potential clients and attending site meetings
  • Oversee all aspects of client portfolio including tendering, retention and account management
  • Develop all technical drawings and solutions
  • Project delivery including sourcing bespoke production
  • Site management and co-ordination of suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Budget control and reporting
  • Organising and managing programmes of works and install schedules
  • Developing and maintaining sub-contractor and supplier relationships
  • Preparation of H&S documentation


Required Skills -

  • Previous experience in similar role and within the same field is essential
  • Bespoke production experience – Window displays, Pop ups, events & exhibitions
  • Site project management experience
  • Production and quality control experience
  • Experience in on-site health and safety
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and ability to manage other PM
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in relation to managing sub-contractors and multiple clients
  • An ability to foresee potential issues and solve problems on a daily basis
  • IT skills in particular 2D and 3D drawing (Autocad, Rhino) is preferred but not necessary while understanding of technical plans is a must
  • Positive outlook and attitude
  • The ability to multitask and to work under pressure, sometimes to tight timescales and using own initiative
