This role is part of Lenovo’s Global Future Leaders Program which engages high-achieving, driven students by immersing them into the world of a global technology powerhouse. In your first three years, you will participate in a cross-border/cross-organization rotation to engage with key stakeholders, gain deep insight into our organization, and develop comprehensive leadership skills while making a global impact. Our goal is to fast-track you to leadership by year five. Global Future Leaders positions are early-in-career level roles targeted at job seekers who have completed or are in the process of completing, their final academic year of educational requirements for highly competitive undergrad and Masters level students.

Job Description
- Support strategic initiatives by refining scope, metrics, and business plans to drive cross-functional alignment
- Analyze market trends, user feedback, and financial data to uncover insights and guide product strategy
- Assess product impact, identify innovation opportunities, and align solutions with customer needs and business goals
- Collaborate across teams to translate strategy into execution and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Provide high-quality analysis and recommendations for ad-hoc strategic projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strategic thinker with ability to simplify complexity
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Internship or project experience in strategy, product management, or consulting preferred
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields

- Preferred experience through relevant internships (or FT) in the technology sector
- Technical degrees in (CES, ME/EE), master's degree or MBA are also preferred
- Leadership experience in school, work, internship and/or community
