Hi!
EOS Data Analytics is looking for an experienced Product Manager (Circular Carbon Economy & Sustainability) to join the team.
EOS Data Analytics is a software company that works in the commercial space niche, with the main office in the USA and development centers in Ukraine.
The company is developing a digital online platform for searching, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data retrieved from satellites. Using regular and custom algorithms, the system creates solutions to the challenges in business development and planet preservation. The tools developed by the team provide individual analytical solutions in agriculture, forestry, oil & gas, alternative energy, and other industries.
Key products:
Crop Monitoring, a satellite-driven online platform for precision agriculture.
Forest Monitoring, a software for remote management of forest stands thanks to satellite monitoring.
LandViewer, an online tool for working with satellite data.
This role is remote-friendly, with the option to work in a hybrid format from the office in Kyiv.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the launch of the MVP: define the core value proposition, prioritize features to minimize time-to-market, coordinate with cross-functional teams for delivery, and analyze post-launch metrics (specifically CAC, MRR, Activation Rate, and Churn) to guide future iterations;
- Bridge the gap between Science and Product: collaborate with R&D teams (Scientists, Data Engineers) to translate complex scientific outputs into user-friendly product features aligned with strategic objectives;
- Drive continuous product discovery alongside delivery, maintaining a constant feedback loop with users to uncover unmet needs and refine product direction in real-time;
- Ensure regulatory and standard alignment: integrate leading methodologies (e.g., CSRD, ESRS) into the product roadmap to guarantee compliance and competitive advantage;
- Synthesize market and stakeholder insights: gather input from clients, sales, and internal teams to validate monetization strategies and ensure the product meets market demands.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment;
- Proven track record of taking a product from 0 to 1: experience with MVP launches, finding Product-Market Fit, or managing early-stage product lifecycles.
- Hands-on experience with Continuous Discovery: ability to independently conduct user interviews, build customer loops, and validate hypotheses without a dedicated research team;
- Data-driven mindset: experience defining and tracking SaaS metrics (Activation, Retention, MRR) to make evidence-based decisions;
- Experience working in complex domains: ability to simplify technical or scientific concepts into user-friendly product requirements;
- Startup DNA: comfort working with ambiguity, high autonomy, and a bias for action;
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher: capable of writing clear documentation and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Will be a huge plus:
- DeepTech/Science background: Experience working with R&D teams to commercialize scientific research or complex data models;
- Domain Expertise: Prior work in AgTech, ClimateTech, or with Geospatial/Remote Sensing technologies;
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of Carbon Markets (VCM), credit issuance, or verification processes.
Offered benefits:
Healthcare:
- Medical insurance;
- Reimburse for fitness or sports subscriptions;
- Fully-paid sick leave certificates;
- 20 days of paid vacation;
- Reimburse for coaching and psychologist therapy sessions.
- Gratitude and recognition:
- Performance review;
- Corporate gifts for special life events, such as starting a family or the birth of a child;
- Financial support in challenging or unforeseen life situations.
- Personal development:
- Financial support for language courses;
- Free access to internal library and a wide range of online learning platforms;
- Opportunities to join meetups as a participant or speaker and share your expertise.
Recreation provided:
- Team buildings, corporate events;
- Social impact activities: supporting children with special needs, helping animals, and driving eco-friendly initiatives.
