Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE) basic salary, plus shares and benefits

Our client, a rapidly growing scaleup in London, is looking for a talented Product Designer. This is a fantastic opportunity to create visually appealing and functional designs that have a positive social impact. You will join a team dedicated to delivering exciting customer experiences.

Position Overview


As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of the company's B2C platform (web and mobile). You will translate key initiatives from the product roadmap into high-quality, functional designs. Working with cross-functional teams, you will help define product requirements and user needs, ensuring the final product is both beautiful and easy to use. This role is central to the company's mission of creating joyful customer experiences.


Responsibilities


  • Translate product initiatives into visually appealing and functional designs.
  • Collaborate with teams to define product requirements and user needs.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
  • Advocate for user-centred design principles across the business.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and creativity.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends in product design.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and outcomes.
  • Experience designing B2C products, ideally in E-commerce or Subscriptions.
  • Exceptionally strong UI skills with the ability to create premium designs.
  • A good blend of both UX and UI expertise.
  • Ability to use data and design to create compelling stories.
  • Proficiency with Figma.
  • A proactive and data-driven approach to design.
