A bit about the role:
You’ll take the lead on end-to-end products across multiple channels to improve how our customers discover and book their dream holidays. You’ll own the entire design process - from concept to delivery - bringing your creative vision to life.
Your responsibilities will include simplifying complex problems into holistic solutions that consider both customer and business needs, planning and managing multiple streams of work, conducting user research and testing, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

- Luxury Escapes is an in-person company. We work and collaborate together, face to face in our Barangaroo office.**
The Luxury Escapes Product Design Team is a group of passionate experts who work closely together to craft exceptional experiences for our customers. We foster a highly collaborative environment, emphasising mutual support, continuous learning, and having fun throughout the journey.
- We start each day with brief stand-ups to get everyone up to speed on ongoing projects
- We host weekly Design Forums for designers to showcase their work and get feedback from the whole design team
- We engage in regular customer testing and share insights with the rest of the business
- We do monthly team retros to acknowledge successes and explore areas for improvement.
- Seek to understand user needs, and business goals and translate them into user-friendly solutions.
- Generate wireframes, visual mock-ups, and prototypes that will be tested, validated and iterated upon.
- Effectively and clearly communicate design ideas and solutions to stakeholders with the ability to take on feedback and build from it.
- Validate and enhance your designs iteratively by conducting customer testing.
What we're looking for
- You bring extensive experience in user-centred product design, with a proven track record of leading end-to-end design processes for complex digital products.
- You’re an expert in Figma, with deep knowledge of prototyping and design systems.
- You excel at working both independently and with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers.
- You have a deep understanding of responsive design and an eye for detail is particularly important when providing detailed handovers to the engineering team.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, expertly juggling priorities to deliver on tight timelines.
